Hi Everyone,

A big THANKS to all who responded.

The answer lies in three files:

/etc/default/login (RETRIES)

/etc/security/policy.conf (LOCK_AFTER_RETRIES)

/etc/user_attr (LOCK_AFTER_RETRIES)

Again, THANKS to all who responded.
