We have been able to get this transfer working. We had to install the openssl freeware and recompile wget. This was necessary because the transfer is actually HTTPS. This file is a password protected zip file. On our Solaris 8, 9, and 10 machines neither the gunzip or unzip utility support encryption. We have not yet found a package that will support the unzip of a password protected file.
