Thanks for everyone responded on this issue.

I have installed SunPCi II 2.3.2 driver, it automatically loads the
drive for Solaris 10 OS.

One more solution from Paul:
=====================

You cannot install SunPCI-III software for SunPCI-II hardware.

After you install the SunPCI-II software, you need to create a link:

ln -s sunpcidrv.290* sunpcidrv.290*
ln -s sunpcidrv.290.64* sunpcidrv.2100.64

I'm not in front of my Blade computer, so you'll have to find the proper
directories for the drivers. I believe it's located in
/opt/SUNWspci2/drivers.

Then as root issue the following command:

/opt/SUNWspci2/drivers/solaris/sunpcload

then start your sunpci and HAVE FUN!!!!
