As many pointed out, I was missing the /tftpboot/01<MAC_ADDR>.bootenv.rc file. IF the file is there with the right lines: setprop input-device 'ttya' setprop output-device 'ttya' The system will have the changes after the jumpstart. Thanks to everyone who helped.
