Hi people, Thanks to everyone who helped me. And to all of them to made me jealous of them being on Holidays... Anyhow, The one who got it was Thomas Carter, but everyone helped with good insights. I ran a format->analyze->read on the disk and it stops the errors, but the machine is still slow, and is giving me errors on the controller, so I kept checking and found that the controller is faster than the disks in use, so seems that it times out waiting for the disks to come back, and that causes some of the errors, this only happens with big files (as it hits the disk quite hard). So a combination of both was creating the issue. I will try to get the controller changed and if the disk keep giving me problems as well... right now, a new (more frequent) backup is being run. Thanks to everyone, you can check the emails below.
