SUMMARY: Problem with NTP - Take Two.

I added patch 109667-07 and that fixed up the problem.  something to
do with the offset and negative number.

Thanks for the many messages trying to help so far.  Hopefully this is
clearer.

Also, I have tried setting the date manually, but the ntp thing keeps
clobbering it.

My server keeps getting reset to 1975 using NTP.  I am not sure why.
It looks like the offset it the problem, but I can't figure out why.

 Any help would be appreciated.
