Thanks to everybody who replied my question. The conclusion: It's not possible to change the link characteristics of the System Controller ethernet (some people answered me to use "ndd" command. Thanks, but this is not valid for the System Controller, since we are out of the operating system). To succesful connections through a switch you have to set up it with autonegotiation.
