I just want to say thanks to all that replied.

 Here are the steps

download SAN_4.2a_install_it.tar.Z
zcat SAN_4.2a_install_it.tar.Z |tar xvf -
cd SAN_4.2a_install_it/
./install_it
reboot -- -r

When server comes up then follow the next steps

devfsadm -v
luxadm -e port
luxadm -e dump_map /devices/pci@1c,600000/SUNW,qlc@1/fp@0,0:devctl
cfgadm -l
cfgadm -c configure cX (X=container ID)
