Thanks to all who replied. I had several answers. But the one which gave me the info I really needed to know came from Marcelino Mata. I used "/usr/platform/sun4u/sbin/prtdiag | grep display" to get the type of card. Other useful commands were: "fbconfig -prconf", "m64config -prconf". Thanks again everyone. My original question - Hello all, I have a sunblade 2000 and 1500 that are running Solaris 8. I need to find out what kind of graphics card is in them. Is there a command to locate this ? Is it found at the OK> prompt ? Thanks for taking the time to respond. -- Gary Lopez Unix Systems Administrator Catapult Communications 160 S.
