Good morning all, With thanks to the following people (Wolf, Ryan, Pablo, Reni, Howard, Paul, Rick, Sean, and a couple more that I accidentally deleted the email), we were able to get this customer up and running as requested. In order to activate dual heads on a Sun machine with 2 video cards, you have to Add the following to your /etc/dt/config/Xservers :0 Local local_uid@console root /usr/openwin/bin/Xsun :0 +xinerama -nobanner -dev /dev/fb0 defdepth 24 -dev /dev/fb1 defdepth 24 Restart X. Although several people also made mention of Xinerama, this was not needed to perform the function. Thanks again, as always it's great to have you all as a resource. I have a customer who has a SB1000 and 2 video cards. He wants to run dual heads, and expand his desktop across the heads. Can someone please shed some light on how to do this.. Thanks in advance.
