Hello, Thanks for all the responses, and my apologies for sending the summary so late. Turning diag-level up causes the 420 to perform a memory test, but unfortunately it still has not found the problem. We still get intermittent RAM errors and crashing on the machine. I will send a seperate email which contains details.
