Thanks for all of you replied! Many suggest me to use scp and go with the ssh features, authentication key feature (PermitRootLogin=Yes.) I tried to avoid typing password for each box, ended up temporarily enabling remote logging in without password and execute the script. Some mentioned expect script, use component Tcl etc, which I wish I had more time to explorer.
