SUMMARY: need help with multiple network interfaces on v480

Well, this is sort of amusing (other than the fact that I've been
banging my head all afternoon).

Apparently another group was trying to install a windows server and ran
across the same problem.  In addition, they could ping other hosts on
the 10.10.30 network, but not the default route itself.

Curiously, the problem went away, and we have no idea at this point what
it was.  It was almost certainly on the cisco switch though.

Thanks for the responses.  The suggestions to use arp and snoop to check
for traffic were good, but I didn't get around to testing further.
