I need to rescind a piece of advice that I previously handed out,
due to a significant operational change which renders it wrong:

Until further notice, DO NOT use the SPEWS DNSBL. It's been heavily
DoS'd for a significant period of time and so Osirusoft has (a) replaced
it with a DNS zone that will cause you to BOUNCE ALL MAIL if you use it,
(b) requested that everyone cease using it immediately.

Further information (although not much of it at this time) is available
via anti-spam newsgroups/mailing lists/web sites referenced in the
original message.

I also want apologize to everyone for giving you advice that turned out
to be obsolete (at least temporarily) less than three weeks later.
