Thank you to Grzegorz Bakalarski, Sandeep Ghodke, Joe Fletcher, Reggie Beavers, Selimaj Naxhije for their answer to my problem. SUMMARY: VxFS 3.5 MP1: "Support for file systems up to 32 terabytes in size" (from Veritas File System Administration Guide). The problem is Solaris 8. In fact is possible to create FS only up to 1TB. Solaris 9 with Veritas Foundation Suite 3.5 MP1 break this limit. Bye, Alex.
