SUMMARY: C compiler cannot create executables

I am missing this file /usr/ccs/bin/as and I think it comes w/ SUNWbtool
which isn't on the box right now.
I assumed an OEM install (it includeds SUNWbtool) had been done but I guess
not. Thanks -
