Thanks to all who respoded. First , we can only use max. 32 Gigs on Solaris 7. So the solution was: 1) rejumper drive in "32GB clip" mode. 2) dd if=/dev/zero bs=1b count=16 of=/dev/rdsk/c0t1d0s2 3) format c0t1d0 and I got 32 Gigs out of it. Which is more than enough for us.
