SUMMARY Re: ndd setting for interfaces

This list rocks...Thanks for such a fast reply, esp. Frank Smith,
Dinwiddie Ron, Darren Dunham, Martin Hepworth. Concise is that the
adv_autoneg_cap should be set last, as it resets the link and any "force"
changes after that dont take place. So I guess i'll have to change my
order.
