SUMMARY: cron running job twice. ????

I have not doubted and was not ready to start doubting Unix behavior this
time.
once again it was the developer fault.  He has the job running from two
different
servers at same time, it was not just one devel working on this but two and 
communication played a rolled on this as they failed to inform each other
on job running from two different server at same time.
