My question is about binary editor for solaris.

Thanks to

- Paul Whittenburg, who suggests 2 programs:

A VI-like binary editor called bvi at http://bvi.sourceforge.net/.
The xd program at http://www.fourmilab.ch/xd allows you to dump
a binary to text, edit it with a text editor, and covert it back
to a binary.

- Cian O'Sullivan, BEAV--Benary Editor and Viewer
