All,

in the end the problem turned out to be an hardisk-error. Within time
i got additional error-messages which pointed out to a broken disk.

Got it replaced by Sun, System is up and running again.

Thanks to all of you that replied, mostly already with the correct hints
to check the disk, cables and scsi-system:

Patrick

Betreff: E450 got stuck with fault in glm0

All,

my Enterprise 450 just got stuck with the following error-message. Login
via Telnet took minutes, Ping responds OK. Execution of commands in
commandline just got frozen, no output. Hard power-reset of machine just
brought up a filesystem-inconsisty on /opt which could be dismissed with
STRG-P. Manual fsck afterwards has been ok.

Actually the box is running without problems, but for some reason I am
scared to put it in Prod again.

Somebody any idea on this?
