Well all around the news is bad....our "issue" is not supported by Sun. So the only other alternative is to go with a 3rd party application such as "mrouted". We were trying to avoid that step because of the immediate need to test the interfaces and the procedures that we have to go through to apply an outside COTS will delay us by weeks...sigh. Thanks to Randy Romero and Giles Gamon for responding. chimo, -deb ORIGINAL POSTING: Gurus, How do you turn on/configure IP multicast routing? I've checked google, sunsolve and including this wonderful list's own archive and haven't been able to find an answer. The box that is being configured is an Ultra60 with IPv4 running Solaris 8. Any pointers, like always, will be greatly appreciated.
