Some examples are as follows... ############## Example 1 ############## label one disk, let's say /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s2, then do prtvtoc /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s2 | fmthard -s - <every other disk> ############## Example 2 ############## for i in 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 ; do prtvtoc /dev/rdsk/c1t0d0s2 | fmthard -s - /dev/rdsk/c2t0d$is2 done There were other suggestions which included using perl.
