Hi, thanks to anybody who responded to my e-mail. 400MHz CPU module need to have a different setting of J3001. 300MHz modules have this jumper set on 1-2, 400MHz modules on 2-3. Location of J3001: If you are looking from front to back. It is located in front of the memory banks near bank A (left most bank) (thanks to lbmoore(at)scrippsops.com. If you are going to install two modules on one machine (which I did not intend to do) all modules have to be of them same speed (MHz and cache-> part number).
