Well no responses - no help from Sun "we don't care if your 3rd party software has a problem" support, but we did find a workaround. Setting nautopush to 128 in /etc/system did the trick. It is running Annex version 10 - which was originally a Bay Networks product. They application needs to have 17 running rtelnet sessions, each attached to a tty. After allocating 8 ttys, rtelnet processes fail with the message "out of streams resources". We are at a complete loss here, as it was our understanding that the number of ttys was no longer hard coded. Most of the information I've found related to the message is specific to Solaris 2.3. Any ideas about what parameters I might look at would be greatly appreciated.
