IB is I/O Boat, so it looks like the whole boat is being
deconfigured. It says "{/N0/IB6/P0} Failed" - well, P0 refers to
(IIRC) port zero on the schizo (i.e.  PCI bridge) which drives this
boat. So maybe you've got a faulty boat?
