the answer is that the controller for that A1000 is corrupted. after i 
change the controller using recovery guru all system look fine. but now the 
problem is the raid manager app see A1000 as c2t3d0 but when i format it 
show c4t3d0. in the vfstab i used c4t3d0.

hi managers

i have a problem with my system. e450 running solaris 7 attach to A1000 with
raid manager 6.22. before this all system running fine but after sometime
(maybe after blackout accurs) my system cannot mount all hdisks in A1000 to
e450.

A1000 consists of 4 disk RAID 0. c2t3d0sx with 4 LUN.

i run probe-scsi-all and all attached device appears but not my A1000.
error appears --> pci@1f,2000/scsi@1
         Fatal SCSI error at script address 258
         Unexpected disconnect.

when i boot up
WARNING: /pci@1f,2000/scsi@1(glm2)
Unexpected DMA state:WAIT .dstat=a0>DMA-FIFO-empty,bus-fault>
WARNING: /pci@1f,2000/scsi@1(glm2)
Disconnected command timeout for Target 3.0
this messages repeat for Target 3.2,3.4,3.6

after boot up i try to run /usr/lib/osa/bin/rm6 the same error appears.. it
accurs each time i click icon status & configuration & the screen need to be
refresh.

when it manage to show the configuration menu all existing config was not
there. . i run healthchk --> result is data path failure

format command only show internal disk (take some time to show result)

is my controller card corrupted? or is there any other thing that i have to
look for.
