Unfortunately, I ran out of time on this and had to do an install with the
CDs, ignoring the corporate standards and installation tweaks.  I can't
dedicate any more time to this issue, but I suspect it's a difference
between how the newer and the older jumpstart systems reference paths,
etc. I received advice to check my path specifications carefully from
dana@dtn.com.
