I got my answers pretty quickly. Thanks everybody who replied:

Michael Horton
Christopher L. Barnard
Christophe Dupre

Basically, it is normal for one board to have higher temperature, many
people saw the same symptom. It is probably dependent on ventilation
insider the box and usage of the board. Michael Horton provided a more
definitive answer:

"This looks normal. I was taught that the major column is the "Trend"
column and it lists all CPUs as "stable". Some CPU run at higher
temperatures than others and the board positioning can also affect CPU
temperatures. prtdiag -v should also give you the state of the fans in
your E3500, if I recall correctly. Both the CPU temperatures and the
fan states are important to monitor."
