Thanks for all who replay me. 

Question: How to install solaris to a machine which
           has no monitor?

Answer:With a serial console.  The machine will detect
       that it doesn't have a keyboard or graphics 
       adapter, and will use ttyA as a console.   So 
       Connect a  serial terminal to port A of the 
       server. Alterntaively connect a serial port on
       a PC or LAPTOP to port A of the server & start 
       WINDOWS "hyperterm" on the correct port.
