If you look under the right name you may find them. The are called
"card ejectors" normally, if you look closely at a broken one you may
be able to find the name of the manufacturer on the ejector.

[ felt kinda dumb for not lookin myself but heh, if I can't overlook the
obvious what's the point of being pre-occupied? ]

Hello Scott,
I can get the insertion arms for you. I just checked and it would be 10 for
$70. That is how I have to buy them in sets of 10. Just so you know who you
are dealing with. Our company, Configsys.com, has been serving corporate
America for over 25 years. We buy and sell IBM RS6000, Sun Microsystems,
Compaq and Hewlett Packard equipment and we have a great reputation for
delivering quality new and used products, on time, anywhere in the world.
Where are you located? Need anything else quoted for your enterprise
equipment?
Let me know if I can help.
Best Regards,

I know of people who sell them, but not for anything like $2 apiece... If
you give a ring to the number on the www.solarsystems.com website, they may
be able to help (they used to keep some on hand, but I don't know if that's
still the case). You have to be REALLY careful installing the new ones,
too...they break just as easily when brand .

QUESTIO WAS:

Hello to Ya'll,,, Gu Day ,,, Ak settera:

Has anyone out there in Virtualville come across a vendor
carrying the
insertion arms (plastic , easily breakable ) for the
Enterprise 3X00, 4X00,
5X00 and 6X00 logic boards. I know Sun is really guarded
about the wee
things. They are probably worth 2 bucks yet can make life really ugly.

TIA,

Scott Kulp
