Also, I found:

SUN had third party approved vendors, however, I was not able to get my hand
on those... SUN can provide them directly to anyone who is interested.

Thanks

####################################

Solaris 2.8 E420R and E4500 (PCI/SBUS)
NT 4.0 HP-NetServer (PCI)

Hardware encryption module (NIC), that allows interoperability between these
two Operating Systems and IO standards.

I am looking for an end-to-end hardware solution. It must support both NT
and Solaris. On the NT side I have things like:

3Com EtherLink 10/100 PCI Network Interface Card with 3XP Processor
extends encryption to the desktop, preventing internal eavesdropping without
compromising system performance.

What I am looking for is something like that 3XP or built-in encryption
module that allows NT and Solaris machines on one network segment to share
data in an encrypted fashion. A software solution is not desired, I don't
make the rules for that. Again the product (hardware) must support both
Solaris (PCI and SBUS 420R and 4500) and the NT side must support PCI.

Does anyone know of a reputable vendor that provides such a product.
