Many thanks to Buddy Lumpkin, Christopher Dupre, Audet Benoit, and John McIntire. John McIntire and Audet Benoit suggested reset the resetting the NVRAM to factory default with Stop-N. Buddy Lumpkin suggested reprogramming the NVRAM. I've tried both suggestion but didn't work me. Christpher Dupre suggested replacing the chip. The chip is on the way.
