Question
I am seeking a solution for this nslookup.
I tried every thing . I want nslookup to use /etc/hosts and I checked and
rechecked /etc/nsswitch.conf. I can't any thing in the text, man pages are
not helping me.
nslookup is a DNS query tool, and doesn't know an /etc/hosts file from
a hole in the ground.
I'm not aware of a DNS server that reads /etc/hosts.
