SUMMARY: Boot errors

Thanks to all who replied:
The first problem turned out to be a mangled /etc/vfstab file. The
second occurs because I am not running any name services and the
/etc/init.d/rpc script does not check for this. As per Ericka Fowler I just
commented out the keysrev lines and all is well.
