Thanks to all for responding so quickly. I should have looked into this a
little more i guess. Dave harrington you were right, I sure did get alot of
response...BTW
solution was to run eeprom command as root which will allow to cahnge any
prom settings. Thanks to all again

HI,
I have a 2 fold question:
1. How do I disable the keyboard and monitor so that the
system comes up even if neither is plugged in?
2. In trying to do above I changed me prom setting of
input-device to null.Now the system comes up but I cant do
anything at the prom level, only stop a ,after that cant type anything.
Unless I cold boot the system and let it
come up all the way to dtlogin after which the keyboard works.How do i
cahnge the setting back so that the keyboard
responds at the prom level
