Thanks for the group, and the exact solution was given by Ken Robson as
follows:

If you go into the Solaris* directory on your cdrom (where all the packages
are kept) and do ls .[a-z]* the cluster table of contents and the
configuration is in these files...

One of our SS10 system was installed as "End User" Configuration.
We want it to be configured as "Developer" Configuration. Without
re-installation, what is the best/easiest way to convert the system into a
Developer Configuration ?
I mean how to find the list of packages required to convert a "End
