Thanks to everyone for their replies.

The overwhelming response is that it is no problem using plain old everyday
standard off-the-shelf PC100 SDRAM DIMMs. There is no need to spend the
3x cost for Sun memory.

Original post:
I want to upgrade memory on a SunPCi card. Can I buy regular PC100 DIMM
from the local CompUSA or do I have to buy from Sun? Has anyone
done this yet?
