Hello,
I spent about 1.5 hours on the phone today with Sun Support, and it has been
traced down to an operating system bug, and entered into the Solaris 2.6 bug
database.
This means, I can't renice, and Sun can't either. :)
Thanks to the people who suggested priocntl. Not a perfect workaround, and
when I spoke to Sun, they discouraged its use because they said it might
cause the system to crash.
