Hi,
rather embarassing but the problem was a typo in the hostname in the
sysidcfg file - duh !
We found it after several hours and the install is working fine. Thanks for
the suggestions that nfs wasn't exporting properly. It was exporting
properly but, according to our dodgy sysidcfg file, to the wrong host !!
