OK, i've got two responses.
It is a hardware problem.
David Evans <daevans at us dot oracle dot com> suggests to check memory modules via
swapping them with modules from another machine. If panic persists - it is CPU
problem, if no - memory problem.
Unfortunatelly we don't have another machine, so i can't check what is going on.
But i think we can get 128 ram for Ultra 5 from Transcend for testing.
