Thanks to the responses from following helpers:

It turned out to be a hardware problem on DLT7000. I installed a new one and
run test again and all is well.
Thanks,

Here is the orginial problem:
To All Helpers:
Platform:
Ultra E450 running Solaris 2.6
Recently I have tried to add Quantum OEM DLT7000 tape drive, I can do multiple
ufsdump files to it and it seems working fine.
But when I tried to test the restoring process, I find myself only can access
the first ufsdump, every time when I try to access anything other than the first
dump, the system will generate following error message in the message file:
17:56:25 ds01tenfocus unix: Vendor: QUANTUM

Could anyone point me to the right direction to fix this problem?
Do I need to have special setting in kernel/drv/st.conf file? I have gone to
Quantum web site and followed
the instruction to setup the st.conf and the problem still remains. I also have
search archive and yet can not find
any tip to fix this.
Your help are much appreciated!
