SUMMARY: serial port setup

Hello all,

It turn out to be there is nothing wrong with the serial port setup. First I
thought there is some special setup, but there isn't. The problem was the script
that users try to use to generate the trafic to the testing network.

I cannot give detail on the script because it is binary form.
