SPECIAL THANKS TO:

As must of you suggested all I needed to do was to re-sit the data cable and
power cable to the backplane and now every controller is there I could see
all five controller C0 C2 C3 C4 and C5. I also want to state that the E-450
will
not come up unless you put the cover on this machine as Adrian Stoval from
Solar Systems suggested.
MY ORIGINAL QUESTION:
Hello,
I'm working on it E450 running Solaris 7 and this machine is setup with 2
backplane
of 8 connection each + the 4 connection back plane which give me a total of
20 disks.
When I bootup I can see Controller C0 - C2 - C3 and C4 But I can not see
controller
C5, This machine allocate four disks per controller and right now I have 12
disks
in this machine, I could play around moving those disks to any of C0 -C2 -
C3 and C4
and I can see the disks wherever I place them BUT if I move any of those
disks to any of the
last four slots on my E-450 ( I mean slot 16 - 17 - 18 and 19) which I
believe belong to controller
C5 then I wont be able to see that particular disk(s) which I move there.
My boss put this machine together and it boot up without any problem not
error messages
at all. I don't know what's going on here.
Your comments will be very appreciated. Thanks.
Vinnie German.
