SUMMARY: ultra 1 won't boot after reinserting video card

Well it seems that one of the tiny pins in the card was bent - and when I
tried to straighten it out... *snap* it came right off, preventing any
further use of the card.. oh well.

Thanks to everyone who pointed me in the right direction....
