To All,
Yes, libwrap.a is a part of tcp.wrapper AFTER compiled, and it's not a part
of Solaris7 as README in rlogin's package said, it's located in the same
site I got rlogin ( ftp://ftp.porcupine.org/pub/security/index.html ).
As Bill Hebert point out that it also need tcpd.h as well.
Seem like that all Sun Managers respond to this question have a good sense
of security in mind.
Thanks for all responds and friendly suggestions.

Subject: libwrap.a
Hello All,
I try to compile rlogin from
ftp://ftp.porcupine.org/pub/security/index.html 's package, the README said
I can find libwrap.a from Solaris7 or higher, BUT the true is I can't find
it.
Please someone tell me where I can get this libwrap.a, or email to me.
Thanks,
John T. Nguyen
