I just had to add my SMTP server hostname for the smtp-server variable in
the system-wide pine configuration file.

Thanks to James Ford and Rik Schneider.

Original Message:

Some of my users are getting the following message on a lot of their
E-mails:

"X-authentication warning. pooh.kutztown.edu:frye owned process doing -bs"

pooh.kutztown.edu is the hostname for a Sun 3000 running Solaris 2.6. Users
login to this server to run pine. The mailhost is a different Sun server.
frye in the above message is the user's login ID. What does this message
mean?
