and got several answers, though nobody could point me to a list
like i was looking for...
Most suggested, that such a list should be available under www.sun.com
or store.sun.com or docs.sun.com
The best URLs (i've found until today) were these:
http://www.sun.com/spares/handbook.html
http://www.sun.de/Produkte/Preisinformationen/index.html
where one could find part numbers grouped for single machine types.
