SUMMARY: Changing date under Solaris 2.6???

I got answer myself: There was a cronjob which was running the rdate
command on the machine. I should have checked this earlier. So the date
was being syncronized everynight at about 11:00pm.

Thanks,
Vinnie.

Hello,

Last Friday 10th, 1999 at about 5:30pm I changed the date on a Ultra-2
running
Solaris 2.6 to 12.31.99 5:30pm because my dba's where gonna do some test on
this
machine. For some unknown reason to me the system date changed back to
10.11.99 on Saturday on its own.

Now I'm clueless as to how this could had happened. This machine has the
y2k patches already installed. Any idea what could have gone wrong here?

Thanks in advance,

Vinnie.
