I was waiting to post the summary until I had the card working. By far
the biggest suggestion was the Antares P-0068 card which in fact does
work (http://www.antares.com)
There was one mention of a Symbios 895/896 based card made by
Intraserver (http://www.intraserver.com) which I did not try.
There was one final suggestion that I should have found this in a
specific news group archived posting for comp.sys.sun.hardware.
